The salon and the stylists are always flexible and do everything to make sure I am happy. Today Diana recreated a design that wasn’t her’s and worked hard to get the color the way I wanted it; I really appreciate her. The look is beautiful!

Unfortunately Ruby did not do a good job today (I have to go back for her to fix my nails). She also told me that she will put some lotion on my hand as because they were dry. Less than 5 min. and I was charged $ 20 extra dollars on top of my manicure fee. Next time I would like her to tell me how much it would be for the service I did not ask for but she digested. Also I asked for a red color for my nails and I got a wine color.

I’ve been going to this salon for about two years. I’ve always paid the same amount for a pedicure and appreciated the cash discount. I don’t ever remember being charged $15 extra for gel though. Today instead of the $35 for a pedicure with the cash discount, (I have always paid $40 including tip which was around $7), it was $50-$15 extra for gel. So I paid $40 of my cash and $20 on Venmo to add a tip. It was significantly more expensive than my previous visits for the same service. I also have “points” but they are never offered to be used for my purchase. The service and pedicure were great, but the increase in prices will have me reconsider retuning.
