Terms of services

1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
This is universally considered the most critical policy for a nail business. Because slots are tightly scheduled, late cancellations directly impact revenue.

Deposits: All Group booking( 2 or more person) deposits are strictly non- refundable but will be applied directly to your final bill at checkout.

2. Tardiness & Grace Period
Late arrivals can cause a domino effect, throwing off every subsequent booking for the rest of the day.
If a client is later than 10 minutes, the appointment is will be cancelled

3. Service Guarantee & Fixes
To maintain high customer satisfaction while protecting the salon from unfair refund demands, a clear quality guarantee is essential.
Complimentary Repairs: Enhancements (like acrylics or hard gel) and gel manicures are guaranteed for 7 days after the appointment. If chipping or lifting occurs due to application issues within this window, the salon will fix it for free.
The Limit: Repairs requested after 7 days, or damage caused by rough handling (tears, breaks, or lifestyle wear), incur a fee per nail.
No Refunds: Completed services are generally non-refundable. If a client is unhappy, the policy dictates making adjustments before they pay and leave the building.

4. Child & Guest Safety Policy
Nail salons utilize sharp tools, electric files, and heavy chemicals like acetone. This policy keeps the environment safe and relaxing for everyone.
Children under 12 are only permitted if they are actively receiving a service.
Liability: If children are waiting in the lobby, they must be supervised by an adult at all times, and parents are held financially responsible for any equipment or property damage caused by unruly behavior.

5. Right to Refuse Service / Health Policy
State cosmetology boards require strict adherence to sanitation laws, meaning the salon must protect the health of both the staff and other clients.
Nail Health: Salons reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing visible signs of nail fungus, open wounds, severe inflammation, or highly contagious skin conditions.
Code of Conduct: Service can be immediately denied to clients exhibiting aggressive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward nail technicians or other patrons.

6. Skin Reactions:
We will not take responsibility for any skin actions caused by certain products or chemicals periods cause who are aware of sensitivities or allergies must consult with staff before receiving services or refrain from receiving services at the salon.

7. Medical conditions
Clothes with diabetes are advised to inform staff prior to services to help avoid any injuries to cuticles and minimize the risk of uncontrollable bleeding.
